Nina Ghanbarzadeh

Nina Ghanbarzadeh is a visual artist and entrepreneur taking a universal approach to written language in her art. She emigrated from Tehran, Iran, in 2001. Ghanbarzadeh earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in painting, drawing and graphic design from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee in 2013 and completed a two-year Artist in Residency Program with Redline Milwaukee in 2015.

Kevin Giese

Kevin Giese received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in 1992, and his Master of Fine Arts degree in 2007, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He has exhibited throughout Wisconsin, as well as the Midwest in solo and group shows. Some highlights include the Dean Jensen Gallery, Cardinal Stritch College, Northwestern Mutual Life, Lawrence University, Portrait Society Gallery, and Lynden Sculpture Garden.

Martha Glowacki

Martha Glowacki is a sculptor and installation artists whose work is shown on a regional and national level. She is particularly interested in the intersections between visual art and the natural sciences. Glowack was director and curator of the Wisconsin Academy's James Watrous Gallery from 2004-2014, and director of the Design Gallery at the UW–Madison from 2000–2003. She has an MFA degree from UW–Madison.

Tytia Habing

Tytia Habing grew up in rural Illinois, spent most of her adult life in the Cayman Islands and, after her son was born, realized she needed to come back to the farm. Habing's rustic lifestyle plays a key part in her ongoing series, Tharin, a documentary portrait of her son. She holds degrees in both horticulture and landscape architecture and those studies imbued her with a reverence for the natural world which is on full display in her luminous black and white images.

BA Harrington

BA Harrington is a Madison artist and a traditionally trained furnituremaker who earned an MFA in wood and an MA in Art History from the UW–Madison.  Her work, as well as her collaborative projects with Chele Isaac, has been shown regionally and nationally. Harrington and Isaac share a fascination with the myth of the American West. Their work for the Watrous Gallery has been fueled by their 2011 road trip along historic westward migration trails.

Ashley Hartman Annis

Ashley (they / she) is a full spectrum birthworker, a somatic practitioner, a fertility/reproduction educator, and a zine maker in Madison, WI. When they're not talking about cervical fluid or squeezing hips at a birth you can probably find them snuggling one of their furry friends, making tea, in the bathtub, or thrifting.

Jaymee Harvey Willms

Jaymee Harvey Willms (Milwaukee) was born and raised in Maplewood, Minnesota. From there she moved to South Dakota where she received her BFA in painting and art history from the University of South Dakota. In 2015 she went on to graduate from SUNY Albany with her MFA in sculpture. Willms is currently Executive Director at the Charles Allis and Villa Terrace Art Museums in Milwaukee. She believes in fearless advocacy and the power of storytelling.

Helen Hawley

Helen Hawley is a visual artist whose works include sculptures, prints, paintings, and video. She's had recent exhibitions at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts in Tennessee and James Patterson University in New Jersey, and her work was included in the 2016 Wisconsin Triennial at Madison Museum of Contemporary Art and the Endless and Mobile Beautiful exhibition at Flux Factory in Queens.
