A Celebration of Time

A Time Traveler’s Tour of Wisconsin’s Geology
Sunday, October 22, 2023 - 11:30am to 2:30pm

The Wisconsin Academy partnered with the Wisconsin Science Festival for an event on October 22nd to celebrate the end of the Science Festival, and the end of a science series on the geology of the state that the Academy hosted over the course of the summer and fall. The theme for the 2023 Science Festival was Time, which dovetailed well with the Academy’s geology series. This event was a Celebration of Time, including Wisconsin’s deep geological history, as shared by Academy Fellow Dr. Marcia Bjornerud.
