Joseph Moore serves as the City Manager of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. He is the chief executive of the city leading an organization of over 350 people whose budget exceeds $100 million. His experience includes military leadership around the world having served as commander of military communities in Europe and Asia and as a policy advisor at the Pentagon.
Moore holds a BS and MS in Architecture from Virginia Tech. He has also completed foreign language studies in French and German as well as a yearlong Secretary of Defense fellowship in the private sector and the U.S. Army’s Airborne School.
Moore and wife Molly have two daughters, one in college at Illinois State and one who is a junior at Fond du Lac High School.
