Jon Lee writes and does photography for newspapers and magazines such as Our Wisconsin. He has degrees in education and photography from UW–La Crosse. Lee and his wife both taught school overseas before returning to teach in Wisconsin, where they also operate a grass-fed beef farm in Coon Valley. The farm where they live with daughters Emma and Eva was started in 1898 by Lee’s great-grandparents.
