Jack Harris is the second-place winner of the Wisconsin People & Ideas 2018 Fiction Contest. Originally from Mazomanie, Harris is a Creative Writing and Graphic Design student at Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. At Augustana, Harris is pursuing his lifelong passion for creating, especially fiction through his work in the college’s student magazine, SAGA, and learning new ways in which writing can change the world.
