Ann Kipper (she/her) is the Division Administrator for the External Services Division at the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and is also the co-director of the Wisconsin Initiative on Climate Change Impacts (WICCI), which is a statewide collaboration of scientists and stakeholders formed as a partnership a partnership between the Wisconsin DNR and the University of Wisconsin to evaluate climate change impacts on Wisconsin and foster solutions. Ann has a degree in Geography and has 30 years of varied experience in the environmental and natural resources fields. Ann and her family live in the Northwoods of Wisconsin.
