The deadline for the James Watrous Gallery's recent Call for Artists has now passed. This year's jurors are Richard Knight (Milwaukee), David Lenz (Milwaukee), and Terese Agnew (LaFarge). Our 2011 selection committee will help select artists for our series of side-by-side solo exhibitions.
Artists will be notified of exhibition jury selections by May 2011.

The side-by-side solo exhibitions help to fulfill the James Watrous Gallery's mission to create a community where Wisconsin visual artists and interested viewers can meet to look at and evaluate art being produced by contemporary Wisconsin artists. Solo exhibitions present a significant body of artwork by a single artist, giving viewers an opportunity to assess how different artists develop artwork through an exploration of thematic ideas and art technique.
