Joseph Borgwardt is an editorial assistant for Wisconsin People & Ideas. He graduated from UW-Madison in 2014 with degrees in English and Chinese. While attending UW, he served as an associate editor for Madison Review. He will continue his Chinese language studies at Xiamen University.
