Ann Sinfield has lived, studied, and worked in California and the Midwest. Holding a BA from Humboldt State University in Arcata, California, and a MA in the History of Art and a MS in Information from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, she is also a graduate of the Museum Leadership Institute's NextGen program. She has been involved in the cultural heritage field for many years, from volunteering at a nonprofit gallery to research, teaching, museum registration, and as a writer, curator, and project manager. After working with many types of collections--including botanical gardens, libraries, archaeology and art museums--she now manages exhibits and curates for the Harley-Davidson Museum in Milwaukee and works with artists as an independent curator.
