Experiment of the Month: Serializing

Mon, 10/01/2012 - 1:52pm -- admin

Well, our first serial piece for the website is now posted here. It's a potent essay by Centennial Press editor/publisher Charles Nevsimal. Too, it includes the captivating photos of Milwaukee photographer Mark Brautigam, who you might remember did a fantastic photo essay for Wisconsin People & Ideas titled On Wisconsin. I don't want to editorialize on this piece, but I think it is sufficient to say that it explores some deeply existential themes related both to the production and destruction of art. Look for parts II and III to arrive in the next week or two. Or, if you are a member of the Wisconsin Academy (and have the patience of a saint), look for the entire article in the pages of the Winter issue of Wisconsin People & Ideas.
